These Terms govern your use of Auralvo Verso, a document translation service operated by NexVant L.L.C. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

By creating an account or using Auralvo Verso, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Verso detects your document’s format, translates it using multiple AI engines, automatically selects the best result, and reassembles the output to preserve the original layout where possible. The service is provided by NexVant L.L.C.
Your account
You may create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your content and rights
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and to the translations we generate for you. By uploading a document, you grant NexVant a limited license to process, store, and transmit it as needed to provide the translation service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights needed to have it translated — do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have permission to process.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Verso to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the service; to abuse shared AI provider capacity through excessive automated use; or to resell access to the service without our written permission.
Credits and billing
Verso is billed on a prepaid credit basis. Before confirming a job, we show a credit estimate based on document length and complexity; credits are debited (rounded up) when you confirm, and reconciled — with any overage refunded — once the job completes, or refunded in full if the job fails. Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law or stated in this section.
Translation output
Verso uses AI language models to translate documents. Output quality is generally high but not guaranteed to be error-free or complete, especially for specialized terminology, images, or complex layouts. Do not rely on Verso’s output, without independent review, for legal, medical, financial, immigration, or other high-stakes purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexVant L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of Verso. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these Terms as the service evolves; continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
