Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Auralvo Verso is a document translation service operated by NexVant L.L.C., a Wyoming, USA limited liability company (“NexVant”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Verso, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Auralvo Verso is operated by NexVant L.L.C., registered in Wyoming, USA. You can reach us at support@nexvantllc.com for anything in this policy.

Data we collect

We collect the information you provide directly (your name and email, and a password if you sign up with email — or your name and email from Google or Apple if you sign in that way), the documents and images you upload for translation, the translated output we generate, glossary terms and correction rules you save, billing and credit-purchase records, and technical logs (IP address, device and browser information, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your data

We use this information to provide the translation you request (detecting your document’s format, running it through our translation engines, and reassembling the output), to maintain your account and credit balance, to process payments, to improve translation quality, to communicate with you about your account or jobs, and to detect and prevent abuse.

Documents and translations

Uploaded documents and generated translations are stored in encrypted object storage and used only to provide the translation you requested. Access is limited to your account and to the automated systems and authorized personnel needed to operate the service. We do not sell your documents, and we do not use them to train third-party AI models beyond what is needed to generate your translation.

Service providers

To provide the service we share information with: cloud infrastructure and object-storage providers that host the application and your files; AI providers (currently DeepSeek, OpenAI, and Anthropic) that process document pages to generate translations and perform OCR on scanned documents; and Stripe, our payment processor, which handles card and other payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number. Each provider receives only the information it needs to perform its function.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards to protect information transferred internationally.

Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded documents and translation output are retained so you can re-download them, and are deleted on account deletion or after a reasonable period following an inactive job. Billing records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may request earlier deletion of specific documents at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from account settings, or by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, time-limited signed URLs for file access, and access controls limiting who can reach your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Verso is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page, and significant changes may also be communicated by email or an in-product notice.
